Posting a Spark page

I created a one-page site in Spark and posted it through SiteGround last year. At some point, viewers were required to log in to Google to access it, so most didn't. Hosting companies have suggested that the problem lies with Spark settings, not theirs. How do I avoid that in reposting the page?  Thanks.
