PP cs6 no sound

My name is Tim Doran and I’m a college student. I run a small video converting and editing business out of my bedroom. I use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit. I am on a PC, Windows 8.

Originally, I bought CS5 in 2011. In 2013 I wanted to upgrade to CS6 to get the stabilizing and “make sequence from clip feature. I didn’t, and still don’t use it enough to make the new monthly one worth it. I use Widows Movie Maker to import my videos. I find it easier than Adobe PP, and I can import and edit at the same time. Movie Maker creates .avi files which have no sound in Adobe PP CS6. I had this fixed once with one of you support people. In August, I had my IT guy wipe the computer clean. Ever since then, I haven’t been able to use CS6 because of this issue. I have been using CS5 for now. I have been searching ever since for a solution. Your people either can’t help, or give me a phone number that is no longer active. I tried the codec stuff. But my IT guy, who built my computer has every codec ever made, on here. I convert video for a living, so I will not convert each file just so I can use the newer version. CS5 continues to work fine. If a person would contact me and remote in to fix it I’d like it. If you can’t fix it, I request at least $200 back (not Adobe credit) of the $300 this upgrade cost.

Did not work. Is there a way to send Adobe an email. I'm sick of how everything is "Do it yourself." I want someone to  remote into my PC, or my money back. This is Unbelievable.

Sorry I haven't replied. All I get is "use forums" Now Encore CS5  is not working. I need a Live person, a  way to email them, or I will need to take legal action.

uninstall, clean (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and then properly reinstall premiere pro using the installation files.

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.
