Premier 10 not

Three monthes ago I bought Premerier Elements Upgrade 10 and it will not install on my 64 bit HP computer running Windows 7.  Error each time.  Also does not recognize my serial number which I pasted from my Adobe Purchase invoice.  The online advice person said to reinstall but the error just stopped it again.  I did get one new hard drive during this upsetting time period.  Quinlan in San Francisco. Why does the Adobe help phone number(8667223623) connect to a fax line and not a person????

    For serial number issues, talk to support by phone, live chat or whatever. For isntall issues, the relevant Install logs might provide soem insights.
