Premier crashing every 5 minutes

Adobe has been crashing every five minutes its open and reads this error message:

Premiere Pro Debug Event

Adobe has encountered an error.

[D;\PPro13.0.2\releases\PremierePro\UIFramework\Src\SearchBoxControl.cp

At first it was happening when ever I clicked "I" on the keypad to make an In-point in the source window.

I noticed the in-point button was missing from the source viewer window so I put it back, but the program crashed the second time I used the "I" key.

So then I just tried working without the using the "I" key but it crashed again and gave my the same error when I tried to import some media into a Foley bin.

Working on windows 10 home 1803

i7 6500-U CPU @ 2.5Ghz

12GB Ram

Premiere is Premiere Pro CC version 13.0.2
