I downloaded Premier Elements 13 and there are 2 folders provided. Which one do I install from/ or know which one to select: PRE 13 or PremElem13?

for windows there are usually two files, a 7z and an exe file.  if you have both files, put them in the same directory and click (or double click) the exe.

    otherwise, download the files:

    Downloads available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Thank you. I followed the link suggested and it took me to a trial version. I purchased full version of standalone for Premier Elements 13. It downloaded the full 3.44 G.  there were 2 files downloaded. They are:

    -   32 bit PremElem13

    -   PRE 13.

I'm assuming I select one of these 2. Unfortunately I don't know which one and there's no documentation provided to direct me to the right one.

Setup and folders are within each but not clear on which one to use on WIndows Professional.

if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here:  Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 Direct Download Links, Premiere too | ProDesignTools

and activate with your serial number.

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.
