Premier Pro does not appear on my secondary computer

Premier Pro Cs6 does not appear on my secondary laptop adobe creative cloud program manager.  Why is that and how can it be remedied?

If a program is not offered for installation in the application manager it normally means the machine is not compatible with the program.

Video apps such as Premiere Pro CS6 and After Effects CS6 require a 64 bit processor and operating system.

If you're running a 32 bit operating system on the laptop then those apps will not appear for download since they cannot be installed or run on that computer.
