Premier Pro install package doesn't install application

I just paid for my Premier Pro monthly account, and I downloaded the install dmg file, and it opens but it won't install the application when you double click on the Premier Pro installer icon. It does nothing at the screen shown in screenshot. Nothing happens so I can't use the application.
