Premier Pro installation issues on MacBook Air

I've bee trying to download premier pro from the creative cloud on my MacBook Air. MNy subscription is still active. But when I go to the cloud to check if its installed, premier pro is stuck on the "waiting" process. I tried clicking cancel and going to the downlaod page in the cloud to cancel it also but it doesnt work. Does anyone have a fix?

It usually happens when there is an ogoing process for the application update/install.

Please check if there is any. If not, please sign out and sign back in to the Creative Cloud desktop app and then check the issue.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
