I downloaded Premier Pro and received free trial. I now wish to learn more how to use and am willing to purchase a one month licence. The system offers all types of adobe product but not premier Pro.

I only wish a basic package Which should I buy??

if you only want premiere pro, purchase the one app.  if you want much more than premiere pro, you should probably purchase the all apps package,  https://creative.adobe.com/plans

SOME programs are available Monthly instead of Annual so you may cancel without paying for a year https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1926342

I do NOT know if PPro allows a monthly (not annual) subscription
