Premiere and After Effects crashed. Uninstalled failed for them. Used the Cleanup tool. I deleted everything remaining. Tried to install CC again and it fails. Code error 201, I followed the steps and it does not work.

Premiere and After Effects crashed.

I tried to uninstall from the Utility (Mac OS). Uninstalled failed for them (worked for the other apps).

I used the Cleanup tool. It seemed to work, but the uninstall for Premiere and AE in the Utility stayed.

I deleted everything I found from CC remaining manually.

I tried to install CC again and it fails. Code error 201, I followed the steps and it does not work.

I don't know what to do anymore.

Could somebody help me?
