Premiere Element 14 / Windows Vista

Hello. I bought Adobe Premiere Element 14 and didn't notice it does not work with Windows Vista. I downloaded Premiere Element 12 but the Serial fo the V14 doesn't work.. What can I do ? Thanks

    If your machine does not meet the system requirements for the software then what you should do before the opportunity lapses is to return your purchase and get a refund.  A serial number is version specific so you cannot expect a version 14 serial number to work for anything but version 14 (for the platform it was designated for as well)

    My reseller (on the internet) refuse to get me a refund or to change the version..... No other solution from Adobe to get a serial for Version 12 ??  First time I buy a Adobe product.. I understand I made a mistake but I am so disappointed to not find an arrangement and just loose my money without even having installed my software...
