Premiere Elements 10 won't launch after replacing secondary drive on PC - Help??

Hi,

I've recently replaced my secondary hard drive on my PC with a much larger drive (upgraded from 250GB to 750GB) and it seems that this has (possibly) caused some problem with my copy of Premiere Elements 10, preventing it launching at all. I've tried uninstalling  then reinstalling the program but still no joy. I also have Photoshop Elements 10, but that starts up perfectly fine. I've tried booting from the .exe file in its original location but still nothing. I have a small 64GB SDD drive for my operating system (Windows 7 64 bit) and most programs (like elements and photoshop), but have the main windows libraries such as My Documents, My photos, My Music and My video's on the much larger 2nd drive.

Any advice most welcome.

    Hi,

After much help through online support, though no luck changing dll permissions, as well as excellent advice from forums, have at least finally managed to install PRE 10 through setting up new user account and disabling annoying shared services error messages through task manager, still unable to open Elements with my old user. Any solutions most welcome. Or am I stuck using it exclusively through new user?
