Premiere Elements 11 unter macOS High Sierra

Hi,

Any ideas?

Viele Grüße & Danke,

Matthias

Nope...only Data Files...no Library, Home or Apps

Ok, Blindzeromuc, my last suggestion would be to complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and run all available uninstallers
  2. Download and run the CC Cleaner tool from Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
  3. Download and install a fresh copy of Photoshop and Premiere Elements 11 from Adobe software and other downloads

If you continue to face difficulties then you may want to consider using a modern version of Premiere and Photoshop Elements to match macOS 10.13.6 and later.

Thanks, but not helpful...I found these links before. They say "re-install" which doesn't help. Also downloading the installer again didn't help (even from zwo Sources: directly Adobe + Amazon Software Library).
