Premiere Elements 11 won't download

Question

I've just upgraded my laptop and am trying to download elements 11 on to it. I don't know if I need the 32 or 64 bit version but either way they won't download properly.

They are each in two parts and when I try and download the first part of either I get a " the file archive part is missing..please download all parts" message and nothing more happens.

So I start to download the second part and it seems to work, takes about 2 hours, but then nothing happens. It doesn't run or open anything and it doesn't appear anywhere or in my laptop folder.

Please help.

download the exe to the same directory where the 7z is saved.or use a different browser to download, move both the exe and matching 7z in the same directory and click the exe.
