Premiere elements will not let me sign in, keeps returning to sign-in after verification, everything is correct, anyone else have this issue, what did you do please

It's already activated and I can sign into my account just fine I'm rumming Win10

Correct, it takes me to the QR code for verification, then round and round
to the sign in process again, I'm using Win10

are you using an up-to-date non-opera browser to view the qr code and link?
