I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 13 last year for my windows pc. Now I also have a Macbook and would like to be able to use it on both PCs. I was able to download the Mac version, but when I entered the serial number I'm being told it's not correct (I double-checked - the number is correct...). So - any ideas? Anybody experienced the same thing? Or is it just not possible to use it on both systems? PLEASE HELP!!! 
When I look at the buying page, I see a window to select ONE platform, Mac OR Windows... not both
Where did you buy that it says you may use one purchase for both platforms?
I bought it on amazon. There you can buy the download version and get both downloads (PC and Mac) in one package. The serial number is the same for both. But I guess that's just for the new version, and PE13 probably didn't have this possibility. So now I bought PE 15 (also in a bundle with Photoshop cause it was real good deal!) and will be able to use both programs on the windows pc as well as the Mac ...so happy about that! =)
