premiere elements 3

Hello, I bought premiere elements 3.0 and I download the software into a computer.  I have a new computer but I cannot find my disk, so I download the adobe file from my old desktop to a thumb drive.  When I try to open up the file (applicaion) it gives me an error message "registration information invalid, please install again" how can I fix this?

Arigato you will need to locate the installation files and then attempt to install the software on your new computer.  I am sorry but I am not aware of any download links for Photoshop Elements 3.0.

Photoshop Elements 13.0 is the current version available.  You can find more details, including a free trial, at Picture editor, edit pictures | Adobe Photoshop Elements 13.
