Question

Premiere Elements 7

Premiere Elements 7 was pre-loaded with my PC when acquired a few years back. Wanted to use it for first time today. Ran it and a pop-up indicated that additional elements were available on a DVD. DVD appeared to be a reinstall back up disk but ran it anyway. This did not seem to make any difference as the same message about an incomplete version appeared. The pop up referred to above indicated that if a DVD was not available to go to a download page at adobe. No luck as page no longer seems to exist. Can you help me get this software fully operative please?

Premiere Elements 7 is older than anything known to be available for download.  The oldest version I am aware of that one can acquire is version 8.  If you go to the Adobe updates page linked below you can find the updates that are available for Premiere Elements, which might include the elements you are looking for:

You can find links to Premiere Elements 7 referenced by Kglad in the comments of http://prodesigntools.com/direct-download-links-for-lightroom-3-and-photoshop-elements-8.html/comment-page-1#comment-2174.

Buzz142 please make sure to make a back up of the installation files once you have downloaded them.  This way you will have them available if you decide you wish to install the software again in the future.
