Hi, my laptop crashed.

Now I want to install Premiere Elements again on a new laptop. Can I do this with the same serialnumber?

      You can install on as many machines as you like.  Of all those machines you can only have two activated for use with your serial number.  Of those two machines you can only be using the software on one at a time.
