Premiere Pro 15.2 2021 won't open

Literally earlier in the day had the program open and was using with no issues. But then I start receiving this error code.

I've tried uninstalling and everything and it still will not open. Light room and Photoshop work fine. Premiere is essential to my workflow I don't know what to do.

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
