Premiere pro 2018 12.1.2 no more in adobe cloud. how to instaled?

Hi, I need to install Adobe Premiere CC 2018.12.1.2 on new mac but this version is no longer avaible i Creative Cloud

I also need Encoder for this version of Premiere.

You can download version 12.0.0. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to download the best version 12.1.2. In my opinion, it's a very big problem forcing its users to update to the latest versions. What from experience I know that in the first phase it does not work properly. Avid gives the opportunity to install any version at any time.
