there may be an easy solution to my problem, but i just don´t get it:
I´ve installed Premiere Pro on 2 PCs, one crashed some days ago. The other one is offline as well - forever! 😞
So how do i reinstall Premiere Pro (and other licensed software) on my two new workstations, if i did not have the chance to deactivate the two versions on my former workstations?! 😄 Just don´t get it!

If this involves non-Creative Cloud installations of Premiere Pro then you can contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations (only ask for that - don't get off topic).

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
