Premiere Pro and Media Encoder CC 2015 don't launch (windows 10, 64bit)

I bought yesterday CC 2015 and installed Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge without problem. I installed also Premiere Pro and Media Encoder, but when I will start them an error occurs without further explanation. I already deinstalled both programs and reinstalled them and I even restarted afterwards my (german) pc, without success. What can I do?

    -WITH the brand/model graphics adapter (ATI or nVidia or ???) and exact driver version

    -WITH have you recently updated to the very latest Mac or Windows operating systems?

    --Both Windows 10 and Mac 10.11 El Capitan have been known to cause problems... what is YOUR operating system?
