Premiere Pro CC is failing to download. Suggestions?

I have a CC license and all the other apps are downloading ok.  When I go to download Premiere Pro CC it fails everytime.  Any suggestions?

Without system information and other details this isn't going anywhere. Just saying that it fails is pretty meaningless.

I agree, and that is the error message it gives.  Update failed. Contact support.  I tried uninstalling Premiere Pro CC and trying agin to download and the same frustrating message appeared.  Update failed...try again or contact support (49)

You tell me what you need from me and I will try.  At this point it seems we would get better error messages to help you.
