I have a Creative Cloud membership but can't seem to download Premiere Pro.  Is this not available with Creative Cloud?

Premiere Pro is 64 bit only.

Which operating system are you running? If it's Win 7 32 bit then you cannot download, install or run Premiere Pro CS6 (or After Effects CS6 which is also 64 bit only).
