Premiere Pro is gone

I bought the creative cloud last spring. I paid it for a full year. I need to make a video for tomorrow, but it says that I have a "trial period" and have to buy it again. I attempted to contact customer support, but they did not give me any help. Does anyone know whats happening?

I'd call Adobe Support directly to tell them about your account/payment issues and hopefully they can resolve. This is the support number: 800-833-6687
