Premiere Pro showing as 'installed' but not on the system

I am really upset as I subscriber to this cloud solution and it does not work. On my Windows 7 PC I wanted to have Adobe Premiere Pro. I have the latest version of this Cloud app, it says 'installing' for Premiere Pro, then it shows 'it is all done' but Premiere is NOT on my system, I checked in the Program Files/Adobe it is not there, I checked in 'Remove Programs' - it is NOT there!!!

Here is what I've tried so far:

- I removed ALL Adobe apps including Creative Cloud, rebooted my PC and downloaded it again - no change, Premiere was 'installed' according to Creative Cloud but not on the system

- I followed a post showing to rename one file in a folder, did not work either.

Any way I can get it working? Any way to download my product and forget about this cloud app????

You MUST have a 64bit computer and operating system... what is your computer?

MINIMUM for After Effects and Premiere Pro http://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html

if you follow all 7 steps you can directly download a trial here:  Adobe CC 2015 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2015 Release | ProDesignTools

and make sure you're signed-in with the correct adobe id to activate the trial from the 30day version.

if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).

failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.
