Where i can download a version of Premiere Pro CC for Sierra 10.13.6...any help please??

you should update your os, at least, to 10.14. being more than one major version behind current is problematic.

but you can use premiere pro, v14.0 to v14.4

secure the installation file, it won't be available indefinitely
