Premiere Pro update fail

Hi,

I'm trying to update Premiere in CC. I initially got the message update fail, firewall issue, and to retry.

Tried this a few times and then I got Error (-55) message.

I've followed the forums, tried login with a different user, uninstalling and installing, and installing the trial online.

Now it downloads until about 20% and then I get the message: unable to reach adobe server and to try later

I'm using OSX El Capitan 10.11.3

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Sarah,

Sounds very frustrating. Can you contact our support agents here? FAQ: How do I contact Adobe Support?

They'll get you back on track.

Thank you,

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for getting back to me.

When I go to support, I am directed to this forum. Apparently live chat or phone isn't available as an option with my plan?!

Can you please advise - two days without Premiere at this stage

Thanks
