Premiere Pro won't download

Question

I recently purchased the student package (all apps), but still Premiere Pro won't open. It says my trial is finished even though I bought all the apps. It won't give me a page to sign in and the app won't re-download. I need this app for my internship and it's making me very frustrated.

Mkl141649, do you receive any error messages when you attempt to download and install Premiere Pro CC?

I do see that you contacted us recently about a download error. Case ADB-14167281-C4N0 was closed because we did not receive a response.
