Premiere Pro wont open and cloud is blank

Yesterday Premiere pro was working, I closed it and havent been able to open it away. I uninstalled it and now i cant install it again because the adobe pannel with all the apps is blank. I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) - with Catalina 10.15.5 (19F101)

 

Please help me I have a deadline and theres no customer service 😞
