There are 3 Plans for Lightroom:

a) the Photography Plan - Lr Classic CC+Ps CC+Lr CC+20Gb of cloud space. This is a good plan to use, if you are a Lr Classic user!

b) like a, but 1Tb of cloud space: this is a good plan for Lr CC and Ps CC users.

c) Lr CC plan without Ps and without Lr Classic, but with 1Tb cloud space. This is a very good plan for people that are a lot on the road and love uploading their pictures to the cloud and edit anywhere and with any device.

So if you do not have Ps in your plan, you are a c) user and you should change to b).
