prepaid membership is unavailable

I recently purchased 12 month prepaid membership for adobe creative cloud in USA and am trying to install it, but I get the following message:

Product unavailable.

We’re sorry, but the specified product could not be found, or is not available in your country or region (South Africa). If you believe this message to be in error, please call Adobe Phone Sales at 0800 007031 to place your order.

please help, I need this urgently for my classes

Hi Nina,

The Adobe ID has ZA South Africa as country whereas the code has been purchased from USA. The Country in the Adobe ID, billing detail & Adobe purchase store has to be same.

It is best to cancel it. You can only get CC for the team from South Africa online store. https://www.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/products/creativecloud/cc/pdfs/cc-availability-matrix.pdf

If your account is registered in South Africa, you may not use a USA membership

If you are not registered in South Africa, you need Adobe's help
