previous laptop fails to see hd, got new laptop. li sees old ssd harddrive contents, downloaded cs5.5 creative sweet full set, but it wont load premier. why?

why wont download and install, install all of creative suit?  it doesn't have premier.

    You MUST have a 64bit computer... what is your computer?

    down loaded and reinstalled several times, finally included it all. seems ok now thanks
