Previous Product Purchase Not Listed In My Account

Question

Hello,About 4 years ago I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium. I’ve recently purchased a new computer and want to be able to do a fresh download and reinstall it. I do not want to have to upgrade to the latest version.However, when I login to my Adobe account, it says nothing about the purchase. Where did it go? Why does Adobe not have a record of my purchase anymore? Download & Install instructions https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2003339 may help

-includes a way to go to a page to download Adobe programs if you don't have a disc or drive

-you will need to enter your original serial number during install for non-Cloud programs

When you can't install your 4 year old program on a new computer, come back with your exact Mac or Windows operating system version and someone may be able to help
