Previously activated fonts are deactivated, Creative Cloud Stuck at 41%

I previously activated font Bebas Neue and now it all of the sudden deactivated in all my adobe accounts. I tried reactivating through illustrator, but it won't hold. I also went to the adobe fonts page to activate, but it will not show up in available fonts. Shutting down illustrator and restarting the computer did not help either. Not sure where to go from here...
