My memory is that when I signed up for the cloud service(at it's origin) I was guarenteed my price forever. Did I miss some fine print? I appreciate your holding to your promice years ago now stick to it. Why have you gone back on your word?

Correct answer TNJED

Tnjed, I am an Adobe employee, and have been so since before we offered Creative Cloud. I don't recall us ever offering a commitment to a fixed price forever. Nancy and Kglad have both done an excellent job of mentioning some of the reasons that prices need to occasionally increase. You can also find an FAQ on this topic at https://adobe.ly/47NZrBr, which might answer a few more of your questions.

I am sorry for any confusion that you have encountered, Tnjed, and I hope you continue to enjoy the services we have to offer. You may want to consider setting a reminder in your calendar to verify we are still meeting your current needs as you prepare for your next annual commitment. ^JW

Thanks, I will continue to use the best - Photoshop.

An annual plan is a 12-month commitment. The rate is guaranteed for 12 months. It's always been that way.

Month-to-Month leases are subject to increase at any time. Likewise, you can cancel any time without penalty.

Adobe doesn't raise rates very often, but sometimes it can't be avoided. Many factors influence rate changes, from fluctuations in global currency values to regional tax & tariff laws. These are out of Adobe's control but could impact your subscription rates.

Not my recollection, but if no one else remembers this, my bad. Thanks.

no one (from any organization) can promise that.

I thought it was a crazy promise and have been waiting for this day. I very well could be wrong - if no one else who's been a member since the biginning remembers this, it's me.
