Pricing Question - Contacting A Representative

I am trying to purchase Adobe Elements. The price is listed as $69.99 USD, but jumps to $99.99 USD when I try to process my payment. Who can I contact to get this corrected? There does not appear to be a link to a customer service representative to get this resolved. Frankly, the fact that it is so difficult to contact a representative is making me question this purchase.

    Photoshop Elements or Premier Elements?

    The special offer is good until March 15. 

    $99 should give you the bundle.

    I'll explain it differently:

    Alternately, I could purchase another program that does not require me to search for Customer Service Support.

    John and Bob both gave you the correct link to contact Adobe. I can't tell if you tried it and had trouble or if you dismissed the advice without trying. Please try what they said and let us know how it goes.

     

    As volunteers, we can give you the correct information to contact Adobe and we can help when you have a question about the software, but we cannot help with billing or see your account. Only Adobe staff can do that.

    Why is it necessary for this process to be so convoluted. What part of my question about contacting a representative was not clear? If this is your idea of a helpful response, your have a very different idea of good customer service. Based on this I will be investigating other options.
