Print PDF data on new Toshiba laptop??????

Purchased a new Toshiba laptop and cannot print PDF data ...  All else works ok....tryed to download a new version of Acrobat but it will not download.. it just sits there and security scans the system for two hours....please HELP

    We need to know more details. What version of Windows? What version of Acrobat? What exactly doesn't work when you try to print to PDF?

    The laptop came loaded with Windows 8. It has Acrobat X loaded. When I try

    to print nothing is sent to the printer. The print que is empty after I

    try to print. You can call me at 989-362-2563. The screen is the Adobe

    Reader download screen that asks if I want to install Chrome. When I hit

    the Download Now box and hit Run it says "Running security scan:

    View Downloads" and hangs there forever.

    Hi,

    Can you please post the screenshot for the install process where it is scanning.

    Also do you already have Acrobat installed (older Version) on this machine?
