Prison computer lab needs non-cloud based CS version

I teach in an Illinois prison; our computer lab cannot be connected to the internet. I'd like to teach the men Creative Suite for a newsletter layout and need CS6 or other non-cloud version. Has anyone figured this out?

Not possible... CS6 and earlier are no longer sold, and products on eBay MAY be fakes
