privacy rights or trademarks

I am not sure if I posted this at the right place, but I am looking for royalty free image for commercial use and I found this image in pexels.com

Am I allowed to use this picture for commercial use? I've tried to reach out to Adobe contact customer care but no respond.

If anyone here can advice me about the copyright of using Adobe trademark would be very much appreciated.
