problem accessing license for Tech Comm Suite 5

hi, i purchased the technical communication suite 5 through my organisation but when I click the link to retrieve my license, i have to log in. However, when i log in I am told I am an unauthorised user?

    Hi patman142,

    You are unable to log in to the Adobe licensing website as your Adobe ID is not linked or added to any Deploy-to and end user ID.

    Your organisation assigns specific people within to have access the license.


    Please follow the help document below to get yourself added as a contact and then access the license with your Adobe ID:
