Problem by canceling a plan

When I canceled a plan I need to pay 950 krones for a plan I didn't yourse because i didn't could download the program from your website.

My question is can I get this refunded when I have a problem by downloading your programs on my computer with the error p. 22.

I just don't understand why I need to pay for existing a plan and pay 950 krones because I do it after 2 weeks. I never made this plan work and never had the had the programs on my computer because I could not download the programs because og error p. 22.

Do you have checked the linked documents?

When you cancel an annual plan in the first 14 days, you will get a refund.
