problem download trial version photoshop cc for mac osx el capitan

Please can anybody help me?

I've succesfully downloaded both trial versions of indesign cc and illustrator cc.

But I can't download photoshop cc. The download starts, but stops at about 42%. Than I get the message where I can decide wether to stop or start the application. But nothing happens.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I use Mac Os X El Capitan 10.11.4

empty your temp folder and retry.  if the install stops again at 42%, open activity monitor and terminate a hanging help process.
