I am trying to download and install Photoshop and Lightroom. Every time I click on the download button a new page is opened with "Sorry, this page is not available Error returned 404"

I am also not able to purchase the program as Error 404 pop up when I click on the purchase button.

Any suggestions on how to proceed.

Thanks in advance!

Des, Creative cloud is 32 bit app. it is just an Application Manager .

once installed , when you click on install button next to CC apps , it will Autodetect and install 64 bit versions accordingly.

As the Creative Cloud app is universal application manager for both 32 and 64 bit computers  to manage CC apps , it is 32 bit .

Are you unable to download CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe ??

Disable Anti-Virus and Firewall temporarily and try again .

Still same??

1)Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and look for file named hosts inside Etc folder.

2)Copy the hosts file to Desktop and open the same with notepad.

Let me know whether you can see any Adobe entries in Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com......................etc ??

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. This is either a language issue or something is not working right. as a start try another browser.
