I bought the creative cloud app plan where I get access to all the apps, my illustrator downloaded and is working fine, but photoshop won’t download. keeps saying "installiation failed", the reason it says is because of storage but I bought more storage on the creative cloud and haven’t used it. can someone please help, I need it for my business ?

Hi @rydirtyunltd,

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + OS + all other apps you use. Check each one, they vary.

Pay particular attention to Photoshop's new GPU requirements. See links below.

It goes without saying, you need sufficient empty hard drive space to install software and additional HD space for Photoshop's all important scratch disk. Don't even attempt to use Photoshop on an underpowered computer because your experience will be awful.

>bought more storage on the creative cloud

That has NOTHING to do with installing a program... which is on your computer's hard drive or SSD, not in the cloud

If you do not have space on your local drive, you need to move files off to an external drive

I use a Sata docking station and several 'bare' drives for backup

So once I move the files to an external drive, it should download right?

It should, but since I'm not looking at what your file manager shows for space available on your hard drive there is no way I can be sure
