Problem entering license key

I have the student version of Production Premium 5.5. I have recently reinstalled my computer (Windows 7 Professional OS) and trying to install the mentioned adobe product again.

The problem lies of typing in the key code. It seems I cannot type in any alphabetical keys in but can type in numbers.

I am uncertain if the problem lies in the installer or the OS. I have a swedish keyboard and layout.

I have yet not tried any methods to resolve the issue, but I installed the suite as a trial and trying to enter the code, but no luck.
