I have spent over 3 hours trying to get this to work.

First this Creative cloud thing showed up on my menu bar, but when I clicked on it, it was blank.

Then, I had to uninstall

Then, I had to clean up the machine

Then, I had to reinstall

Then, I had to start in safe mode

Then, I had to reinstall again

Then, I had to unplug my router

Then, I had to pee

Then, I had to unplug my router again

Then, I decided to walk the dog because it was even more of a waste of time to get this stupid error code

3 hours later and I'm still dealing with this crap.

Computer: MAC

Operating System:  OSX

Version: Yosemite

Problem error 201

Then, go to manual download - was able to get that to work for this creative cloud stupid thing.

Now, this:  2016-06-30_2018 - nlj2016's library

What's incredible is how long this takes to figure out.

What incredible mental masturbation just for a trial of photoshop so that I can figure out how to use a PSD template for my facebook ads.

And what a HUGE waste of absolute time energy and effort for a company that makes BILLIONS of dollars that can't afford to have anyone figure this out.

Ridiculous.

Ok.

Hi all,  I tried all the various fixes that were on these threads and nothing worked. I finally found a way around it and am back running normal but it was a journey. My summary is on this thread.  https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1445371

Seems in my case I went from error 201 to error 123 and Adobe saying the issue was my environment and needed to upgrade to the newest Mac OS (not happening) so the community led me to the fix in spite of Adobe's insistence that the issue was on our side and if we'd just update our OS their stuff would work.... rubbish.

For time being , you may download Photoshop via direct link :

Adobe CC 2015 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2015 Release | ProDesignTools

Regarding Error :

Are you using Wired Ethernet connection  or Wifi Internet Connection?

1)Click on Apple menu icon and select System Preferences, and then click Network.
2)Choose the network that is currently connected to internet that can be Ethernet or Airport(Wireless).
3)Then click on Advanced button and click Proxies Tab.
4)Under 'Select a Proxy server to Configure' Uncheck all the proxy check boxes, then uncheck 'Use Passive FTP Mode (PASV)'.
5)Then click on Apply Now button.

Disable Firewall if its turned On temporarily .

Then try again from Creative Cloud app.

Still same???

1) Right click on the Finder icon on dock and select "Go-To Folder" option.
2) You will get a text box, type-in below mentioned command and then hit 'Return' key.

/etc

3) It will open the etc folder, please look for file named "hosts" and copy the same to Desktop screen.

4)Double click on Hosts file , it will open it with TextEdit,

Check whether you can see any Adobe related entries inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc??

wow.  this sounds incredibly not worth it.  I'll find another program to work with because this is way too much b.s. for photoshop.

if Adobe can't figure this out, they're losing money.  And they could care less about their customers, but I know they care about their money.  Money is the biggest motivator or these guys and they could give a crap about how many times or what I have to do to download their product, but they care about their bank account.

Honestly, I lost you at the first two things to do, and owning two businesses, it will be hard pressed for me to find time to do all of this and have sanity and run companies.  What a total waste of time.

I find it absolutely unbelievable that these people can't figure this out.
