Hi

i am getting a blank screen with no application visible in creative cloud application manager Please help

Hi Surender Bisht,

Please follow the mentioned steps:

Windows:

C/Users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it.

Mac:

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it. (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)

Launch CC desktop and sign in with your Adobe Id and let us know whether the apps are visible via CC desktop.
