Problem installing Adobe Premiere Elements 13

I get this error when I try to install. It's on Swedish but I hope you can help me anyway. I have tried restarting, deactivating the firewall and som one but same thing every time.

When I press tp read the error message I only comes to a Chrome tab with the message "file not found" 

What can I do?

uninstall acrobat 13 (if it's installed)

clean per Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

restart your computer

retry installing pse 13.
